How do I know I placed my order successfully? You'll receive two emails after you place your order:
The first confirms that your order was received, this email will arrive within about 24 hours.
The second confirms that your order was shipped from our warehouse. You can also check the current status of your order by logging into your account. A UPS tracking number will be provided for convenient tracking at UPS.com or by calling 800-Pick-UPS.
Why haven't I received an E-mail regarding my order? There are usually two reasons: You may have an outdated e-mail address on file or you may have a spam blocker filtering e-mail from us. Make sure to keep your user information current and try turning off any spam blockers that may be preventing our messages from getting to you. Or to ensure our E-mails always reach you, add [email protected] to your address book or safe senders list.
What if I need to change my order after I hit "Submit"? Call us immediately at 800-59-SOLOW (800-597-6569) If you are calling internationally, please call +1-323-664-7772. As long as the order hasn’t gotten too far along in processing, we should be able to modify it for you. Please note: If your order has shipped, it can’t be modified.
Will I be charged for making changes to my order? You will not be charged for making changes to your order, however you may see a "pending authorization" on your bank account until your bank verifies that the funds are available. Once your payment is authorized, we will ship your order and you will see your final charge, only for the items actually shipped.
What is verbal authorization and why do you need one for my order to ship? A brief conversation with one of our representatives is sometimes necessary to verify credit card information. This is known as a verbal authorization and it protects cardholders from unauthorized purchases. Can I use a gift card or store credit along with a coupon code on the same order? No, currently our system only accepts one type of code whether it’s a Gift Card Code or Coupon Code.

Can I backorder an item that is sold out? Yes, if an item is available for backorder information regarding date of availability will be listed. How often do new styles arrive on the Web site? New styles are arriving all the time! We recommend that you check the New Arrivals section daily. SOLOW products sell fast so don’t wait to shop!
Does SOLOW have a printed catalog? Sorry, we do not have a printed catalog. Our merchandise changes too rapidly for a printed catalog to stay current. Since we add new items daily, visit www.SolowStyle.com frequently!
I'm looking for a specific item but I no longer see it online. Can I still get it? If an item isn't pictured online, it is not available at this time, but we may be able to find out if it's coming back in. Just e-mail us [email protected] please include the item name, description and SKU number, if you have it. We'll find out if and when it's coming back in and let you know!
Why doesn't the UPS website recognize the tracking number of an order I placed? Your tracking number will not be recognized by UPS until approximately 24 hours after your order has shipped. This is the time needed for UPS online tracking system to update. Try tracking your package again the following day and follow it to your front door!
I live in another country. Do you ship orders internationally? Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via E-mail, so it is very important that your E-mail address is current. Please double-check your shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional but it is helpful when there is a problem with delivery.
I live in the U.S., but I'd like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that? Yes, you can. Make sure you modify the Shipping Address before clicking Submit.
What are my International shipping options? All International orders are shipped via UPS. It gives us the ability to track the package. This is a fast and reliable service for our customers.
How much will I pay for International shipping? Your shipping cost will be determined by the weight of your order and the shipping destination.
PLEASE NOTE: Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. SOLOW cannot anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred.

How long will it take my International package to arrive? International orders take 1-2 days to process and once shipped typically arrive within 10-14 business days. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
Are there any other charges, taxes or duties? You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the UPS or SOLOW can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. SOLOW has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from SOLOW, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.
How long does it take to deliver a Gift Card? Gift Cards are usually sent via UPS Ground, within 24 hours of your order, pending credit card authorization. Please allow 5-7 days for delivery.

Do So Low Gift Cards expire? As long as there is value remaining on the Gift Card it will not expire and the unused balance remains on the card until spent.
How do I return merchandise purchased with a So Low Gift Card? For online and phone orders, return the merchandise to the address on your return form and you will be issued a new gift card.
