Return Policy

Our goal at SOLOW is to strive for 100% customer satisfaction. We will be glad to make an exchange or credit your credit card account for any items that do not fit or that you are not completely happy with.

• Please note we cannot accept returns on SALE items.
  
• Regular priced items MUST be returned to SOLOW within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and in perfect condition.
• Ship prepaid and insured with the package securely wrapped.
• Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
• Please allow 1-2 weeks for returns to be processed.
